Shape Up is a fitness center that is located in Rockwood, Tennessee. We offer state-of-the-art exercise machines, infrared saunas for men and women, a tanning bed, cardio equipment, and free weights. Our facility also features an indoor walking track and a workout room that is available for group fitness classes or social gatherings.

Clean Up
We ask everyone to wipe off their machines after using it. Having a clean and sanitary gym is our number 0ne priority.
Heat Up
We have infrared saunas for men and women with towels available for use.
